Welcome to our online store! We are excited to share the fabulous tastes, tremendous health benefits and natural goodness of the ultra premium extra virgin olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars and specialty oils that we have come to enjoy so much.
1 lb. bite sized pasta
6 oz good quality feta
1/2 C kalamata olives, de-pitted and sliced
1/2 C artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 small red onion chopped
4 oz. roasted red pepper puree
3 bunches of basil, roughly chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions: Cook pasta according to the packages' directions. Mix all ingredients together and let sit at least 30 minutes to allow for the flavors to combine. Serve at room temperature.
