Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
2 T Oliverdé Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 teas. salt
1 teas. pepper
1/4 C Oliverdé Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
1 T Brown sugar
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with foil. Place sprouts in bowl and evenly drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and toos to coat. Place cut side down on baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven, flip sprouts over and evenly drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes watching last few minutes to make sure they are not overdone. Sprinle with parmesan, serve warm.
